TAKING SUBMISSIONS:

We want to see your manuscript! We accept manuscripts across all genres, with or without an agent. We do not accept manuscripts from authors outside the United States unless there is a direct connection to someone in our company. We do not publish Fan Fiction, gratuitous sexuality, gratuitous violence or abuse, stories that promote discrimination or works of pure sociopolitical message. We accept fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.

If sending a query letter, include your full name, pen name (if applicable), any previous publications, title of your work, a full synopsis, the first three chapters, and any social media pages. Formatting should be 1.5 or double spaced and in Times New Roman 12 point font. Send either in the body of the email or as a single attachment. Submissions may be sent to info@salecreekpublishing.com with the title: Query Letter followed by the Title of your work. If we have connected at a conference or elsewhere please also make note of that in the email.

We look forward to hearing from you. We are not a vanity press. We do not charge you to publish your work. If we select your work for publication, we will form a one year contract where we receive 50% of royalties apart from author copies. After that time, you may continue under our banner or take your now formatted book with you to privately publish. If (hopefully when!) you sell one thousand copies, you will be contractually obligated to provide us a 3% royalty for every book in any format over one thousand including but not limited to audio books, ebooks, or variant editions of the original text.
